1. Who we are
Sari is a marketplace operated in Buraydah, Saudi Arabia. Merchants sell their goods at their own branch prices; courier companies deliver them; Sari connects the three and earns a fixed fee per delivered order. Sari never sells goods, employs drivers or holds customer money.
2. Accounts
Partner accounts are opened with a Saudi mobile number and a one-time code. You are responsible for every action taken through your account and must keep your access to the phone number secure.
3. Payments
Customers pay merchants through the merchant's own payment gateway. Sari invoices merchants for its service fee with a ZATCA-compliant electronic invoice. Courier companies are settled by bank transfer within 48 hours of delivery confirmation.
4. Prohibited conduct
Do not misrepresent prices, upload documents that are not yours, share access codes, or use the platform for anything unlawful.
5. Suspension and termination
Sari may suspend an account that breaches these terms, the price parity agreement or the performance standards, following the escalation steps described in the partner agreements.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
