Privacy policy

1. What we collect
Contact details, commercial registration and tax data, identity and licence documents of drivers, bank details for settlement, and location data of branches and delivery zones. Driver locations are collected only while an order is on the way.
2. Why
To verify partners as required by Saudi law, operate deliveries, settle payments, and meet our tax and record-keeping obligations.
3. Where
Data is hosted inside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, encrypted in transit and at rest, and backed up daily.
4. Sharing
Merchants see driver first names and photos; drivers see the delivery address; courier companies see the orders assigned to them. We never sell personal data.
5. Your rights
Under the Personal Data Protection Law you may request access, correction or deletion of your data by contacting privacy@sari.sa. Rejected applications are retained for 12 months and then anonymised.
6. Breaches
We notify the competent authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of a personal data breach and inform affected persons without undue delay.
